Each office operates locally. Building campaigns that respond to the most urgent issues in their community, whether that’s housing, immigration, climate, or state violence.
These campaigns are created in-house by organizers on the ground. They are shaped through direct outreach, canvassing, and collaboration with the people most impacted.
At the same time, no office operates alone.
All GAIA offices are connected through shared principles, strategy, and coordination. Campaigns can grow beyond a single city, spreading across regions as other offices adopt and build on them.
This allows us to stay deeply local while organizing at a national and international scale.
How We Win
All GAIA campaigns are publicly funded. 100% funded by canvassing and small donations.
No corporations. No government.
We organize protests, disruptions, and pressure campaigns that create real consequences. We create campaigns rooted in Non-Violent Direct Action tactics that have proven effective.
We organize horizontally and democratically. Each Office holds Monthly public town halls.
Global organizing summits every 3 months.
